Braised Lemon Pepper Yellowtail

Ingredients
- 4 fillets of yellowtail
- 1 T capers, chopped
- 1 t lemon pepper
- 1 t thyme
- 1 t rosemary
- 1 t sage
- 1 t onion flakes
- 1 t garlic flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 T extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and marinate fillets for at least 30 minutes. Braise over medium heat until fish becomes easily flakes with a fork. Serve with grilled lemon halves and arugula.
